For more than ten years, as a member of two large Minneapolis law firms and a family wealth office, I had the privilege of helping clients achieve their wealth planning goals. I am delighted to now serve clients in my own law practice. I assist individuals, multi-generational families, corporate executives and other professionals, business owners, and fiduciaries with their wealth transfer planning (estate planning) and administration needs. My practice focuses on wealth transfer planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust disputes, disability planning (including guardianships and conservatorships, special needs trusts, and elder law), charitable gift planning, and business succession planning.
